Losing a loved one can be a sad and difficult time. If you are a Christian, having

a funeral in church may well be important to you. You do not need to be a regular

worshipper at this church to have a funeral here, but you do need to be from this

area. Bear in mind that it is important to have a local venue and also one big enough

to accommodate the number of people who want to attend. We can be more flexible

about the length of a funeral service in church as we are not limited to a particular

time slot, as is the case at a crematorium.

Please contact us or speak with your Funeral Director about holding

a funeral at St Luke's.

Flowers and Book of Remembrance

One way you can remember your loved one is to provide flowers for a particular special week. You are then welcome to come to a church service to view the flowers.

You can also have the name of a relative who has lived in the parish entered into the Book of Remembrance, which is on view in the Church.

Please contact us if you are interested in providing flowers or having a name placed in the Book of Remembrance.
